By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To access the full features of GQ33, you are required to register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
GQ33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any stage, including at the point of registration, during the course of your account activity, or prior to processing any withdrawal. This verification process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) and may require the submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address or source of funds.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use GQ33 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of third parties, or causes harm to GQ33 or its users.
Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:
GQ33 displays content in English and targets English-speaking users located in Pakistan. The Platform is not directed at children. Persons under the applicable minimum age are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing or using the Platform under any circumstances.
All bets and wagers placed on GQ33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. These rules are made available within the Platform and should be reviewed in full before placing a wager.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on GQ33:
GQ33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and other incentives to eligible users. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

Bonus funds are not freely withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in total wagers before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Always review the full wagering conditions before accepting any bonus offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GQ33 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the GQ33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall platform design — is the property of GQ33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
GQ33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: sublicense, sell, resell or commercially exploit any Platform content; collect or use any product listings, descriptions or prices; make any derivative use of the Platform; or download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.
Any unauthorized use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights, for which GQ33 reserves all available legal remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GQ33, its operators, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit GQ33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
GQ33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
GQ33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting GQ33 through the designated support channel. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account — net of applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned via a method approved by GQ33, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
GQ33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, GQ33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — either by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, or by notifying registered users via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. GQ33 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. GQ33 does not operate under a gaming license issued by any Pakistani authority.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in these Terms constitutes legal advice for users in Pakistan.
